Since 1980

For the Calille family, business is a true family affair. As early as 1908, the family was already operating a general store, passing down their sense of service and entrepreneurial spirit from generation to generation.

Inspired by those who came before him, Pierre Calille, founder of Boutique PIERRE, decided to venture into business himself. After studying accounting and administration, he opened his first business in Shawinigan in 1979, accompanied by his father on this adventure.

The following year, in 1980, the first Boutique PIERRE opened its doors at Carrefour Trois-Rivières-Ouest. At the turn of the 2000s, a second branch opened at Centre Les Rivières.

In 2026, a new chapter in history was written as Boutique PIERRE was officially taken over by the fourth generation of entrepreneurs in the Calille family. Originally from Trois-Rivières and a graduate with a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.), with a concentration in entrepreneurship, Alex Calille continues the family tradition with a resolutely forward-looking vision. By combining the expertise passed down for over a century with new trends and today's tools, he modernizes the customer experience while preserving the values that have built Boutique PIERRE's reputation.
