Unless you specified express shipping at the time of purchase, delivery generally takes 3 to 7 business days. Please note that PO boxes are not accepted for delivery. Delivery is free with any purchase of $100 or more.

Customers who wish to receive a refund must contact us by phone for approval. Goods must be returned with a copy of the invoice and the authorization number. A product returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your expense.

Exchanges are permitted, except for special orders and custom-made items.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs in case of return.

All merchandise must be in its original packaging and be resalable to be exchanged and refunded.

You have a period of 14 days following receipt of the item to request an exchange or a refund.

Exchanges will be processed according to inventory availability. In case of out-of-stock, you will be notified by email or phone.
